- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪No customer Service or regard for selling puppies with MAJOR vet issues of which I have spent over $7k in the last 2 mths at vets trying to save her. I have phoned Pittwater Pets several times over the last 2 months for them to get the breeder and the other 4 puppy owners from the litter to call me and as yet STILL have not had a call back from JEN the owner. THIS IS HARDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE! Unfortunately my beautifl puppy passed away in her sleep last week at ONLY 7mths of age due to major hereditary problems. I told them & still no call back or even a "sorry for your loss" when I did phone! The only consolation was that thankfully she died at home with us & not alone in a veterinary clinic.Elizabeth AskewFebruary 04, 2017
